For orders over $200 which are shipping within the continental US, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (excludes overseas shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories, and all international orders).
SHIPPING
Upon receipt of your order, Kaia Ra Jewelry will email you an order confirmation. If your jewelry order is in stock we ship within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information
Please whitelist customercare@kaiarajewelry.com to ensure you receive your order tracking emails. If you haven’t done this and you wish to track your order, please check your spam folder first.
If you cannot locate your tracking information, feel free to email us to inquire about the status of your purchase or with any additional questions that you might have, at customercare@kaiarajewelry.com
BACKORDERS
If an item you wish to order is out of stock, you will see it noted as on backorder. You should receive an email confirmation of receipt. We ship backorders within 6 weeks of your order.
If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items and you live in the continental US we will ship your in-stock items within 2 business days and ship your backorder item separately once it is ready. If your order is international we will reach out to you to see if you prefer your items to be shipped together or separately.
Please inquire if there is a greater urgency to the timing of your delivery. We wish to accommodate customer’s delivery requests if it’s in our ability
CANCELLATIONS
You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of shipping window notice. If we do not receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours, we will go forward with shipping.
DOMESTIC US ORDRS
Domestic orders are shipped at your choice of shipper which you can select at checkout. Options include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, or UPS. If you would like us to ship with a different shipper or method please contact us customercare@kaiarajewelry.com to see if we can accomodate your request. Shipping costs are paid by customers at the time of checkout. You can find shipping rates in the dropdown menu at checkout
If you would like to request a signed delivery or to add insurance to your parcel, please do this at the time of checkout or email us with your request customercare@kaiarajewelry.com
All shipments are subject to payment in full by the customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check all your folders including spam for this confirmation. Additionally please whitelist customercare@kaiarajewelry.com to ensure you receive these notifications in your main inbox.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped by UPS and cannot be delivered to international PO Boxes. Shipping costs will be charged and paid at the time of order checkout. All shipping costs and duties and taxes for UPS are subject to payment in full by customer.
Import duties and taxes will be assessed during customs clearance in your country and will be billed to you upon delivery. This must be paid to your local government office via the shipper before you will be able to receive your delivery. Please be on the lookout for communication from UPS in regards to the payment of relevant duties and taxes.
Please note that duties and taxes due are completely separate from your jewelry order. Kaia Ra Jewelry is not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your home country to which we are shipping. Customers are responsible for paying applicable taxes and duties upon delivery. For these rates, please contact your government, local post office, or UPS office as import duties and taxes vary from country to country and in some rare instances can be as high as or higher than 40%. We cannot modify your order value or mark it as a $0 value gift.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse your delivery because of unpaid duties & taxes you are essentially abandoning your jewelry order to be destroyed and we cannot offer you a refund.
We ship all international orders with UPS, which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive at customs in your home country. It is important to note that for international orders, customs may hold on to your package for clearance, and these times are unpredictable and shipping carriers are unable to provide information in regards to how long clearance will take.
