All items returned must be received in their original condition, free from scratches or any other visible signs of wear, with its original packaging. If your return has visible signs of wear, we will be unable to offer you an exchange or refund.

For a US domestic return or exchange, please email us:customercare@kaiarajewelry.com to receive a pre-paid shipping label & any required return instructions. In your email please include your order number.
INTERNATIONAL
For a return or exchange, please email us customercare@kaiarajewelry.com to notify us of your return or exchange request. We are unable to issue a pre-paid return label for international shipping returns or exchanges so you will be responsible for taking your return/exchange to your local post office or UPS office & pay for the cost of shipping. We will provide you with a shipping address once you email us.
